Disclaimer: Do I have to say it? *Random lawyer glares in Rockinmuffin’s direction* Fine, I don’t own Naruto. D:
Sorry about this chapter; it introduces new people so it’s kind of boring. So, yeah, I lied to you. Next chapter will be funnier. I can guarantee it.

Kisame wasn’t sure how to feel when the teacher announced the three-man teams.
One part of him was relieved that you were on his team. This way he could watch over you and make sure you didn’t do anything stupid and go get yourself killed.
Another part of him was annoyed. It would be even harder to avoid you now. Not to mention you would probably be a hindrance on missions and cause more trouble than you were worth.
And a final part of him was angry that he even cared in the first place.
“Hey, Kisa-kun” you called.
“Yeah?” he grunted out in reply.
“Kisa-kun.”
“Yes?”
“Kisa-kun!”
“Yes?! What do you want?!”
“I’m bored” you complained, resting your left cheek on the desk as you tapped your finger against the surface in a random rhythm. “When’s our Jounin instructor gonna get here? We’ve been waiting here for forever!”
Kisame glanced at you with a serious expression. “It’s only been five minutes.”
“I know,” you replied, “Forever.”
Kisame rolled his eyes. “How did you pass your final exam and become a ninja again?”
“Because of your vigorous training” you answered with a smile. “But still, I’m a lot stronger than you think I am! I just went easy on you when we were training cuz I didn’t want to hurt you” you explained, crossing your arms over your chest with a serious expression.”
“Sure you did” he replied sarcastically, crossing his arms while leaning back against his chair.
You grinned smugly, completely missing Kisame’s sarcasm. Instead, you directed your attention towards the only other person in the room; the other member of your three-man cell. His hair was ebony black and his eyes were a bright shade of green. You were pretty sure you heard the teacher call him Takei, though you couldn’t remember his surname. He was sitting at his desk quietly, hunched over a piece of paper, his right hand making delicate movements over the paper with his pen.
“Hey, Takei, what’chu doing?” you asked as you tried to peek over his shoulder. Takei jumped in surprise, blushing as he frantically covered the paper from your sight with his hands. “Are you drawing a picture? I love pictures! Can I see it?”
“Leave the kid alone” Kisame told you nonchalantly as he set his feet on top of the desk in front of him. “You’re scaring the poor kid.”
You pouted. “I was just trying to be friendly” you muttered as you retreated back to your seat. Takei went back to drawing, you went back to tapping the desktop, and Kisame went back to being boring and antisocial. All was as it should be.
“So, you three are my students?”
Kisame blinked. Now, standing in the middle of the room, was a tall man with blonde hair. Kisame was surprised that the man had been able to enter the room without him detecting any foreign chakra energy. This was truly a Jounin-level ninja.
“Holy crap!” you shouted, pointing at the new man. “Everyone, duck and cover! We’re under attack! Die, you fiend!” you shouted as you threw several kunai at the man. He easily deflected them with some kunai of his own.
“If you wanted to make yourself look like an idiot, you’ve succeeded” Kisame remarked with a small smirk.
You turned to Kisame with a pout. “I didn’t see you do anything to fight off the intruder.”
“That’s because he’s our Jounin instructor, you dunce.”
You blinked. “Oh. I knew that…”
The tall blonde man that you now knew to be your new teacher carefully looked over the three of you. “Well, my first impression tells me…” He scratched his chin thoughtfully, then pointed towards you. “You’re useless.”
“WHAT?!”
He pointed towards Kisame. “You’re boring.”
Kisame grunted in response.
His finger finally landed on Takei. “And you’re… Are you drawing dirty pictures?”
“N-NO!” Takei shouted as he quickly covered up his paper again.
“Anyway,” the man drawled in an easy-going way, “If you want my impressions of you to change, then you’ll have to prove it to me on missions. For now, we should all introduce ourselves.”
All three of you stared back at him blankly.
“I guess I’ll have to start, hmmm? Alright. My name is Mobuhiro Yoshizaki, but most people call me Yoshi for short. I like reading, women, and going on missions. I dislike writing the missions reports after a mission is completed. My dream is to one day settle down with a woman and raise ten strapping young boys. So, who’s next?”
Oooh! Me, pick me!” you squealed, your hand raised high. “Well,” you started, not waiting for Yoshizaki to call on you, “My name is _____. I like ice cream, dango, bunnies, rainbows, and my best friend Kisame!” At this, Kisame groaned and rolled his eyes. “I dislike people that talk smack about others behind their backs, my mom’s cooking, and squirrels. My dream is to eat the world’s largest sundae and have Kisame’s shark babies!”
Kisame wanted to wipe the smug look off of Yoshizaki’s face when the older Jounin looked between the two of you but Kisame managed to compose himself. There was no reason for him to get flustered because he didn’t like you and you were just joking around anyway…
Yoshizaki pointed to Takei. “Your turn.”
Takei blushed again, but nodded as he set his hands carefully over his knees. “My name is Hirano Takei. I enjoy drawing but I don’t like showing my pictures to people. My dream is to one day become a great manga-ka(1).”
“Good, good” Yoshizaki said while nodding his head. “Oh, and here’s a tip; most women aren’t quite that flexible” he said with a lecherous grin.
Takei’s blush immediately darkened as he rushed to hide his picture away where wandering eyes couldn’t view it.
“So,” Yoshizaki said with a grin, “That leaves the blue kid.”
Kisame frowned. He didn’t appreciate being called the blue kid. Besides, his skin tone was more of a grayish color than it was blue. “My name is Hoshigaki Kisame. I dislike everything except for a few people I hold dear to me and my dreams are none of your business.”
Yoshizaki blinked. “…You do realize all you really told us was your name, right?” Kisame’s response was a small glare. “Okay then… Well, as fun as it has been to get to know you all, I think we should continue this another time. I expect you all to be here at the same time tomorrow.” And with that, Yoshizaki disappeared in a poof of smoke.
Takei quickly rushed out of the room afterward, a cherry blush on his face.
“Closet pervert” Kisame mumbled under his breath.
“Hey Kisa-kun,” you called, “You mentioned you had some important people. Who are they?”
“No one” Kisame answered as he stood up, walking out of the room and outside at a steady pace.
You quickly followed after him. “Am I one of your special people?” you asked with widened eyes.
“No, of course not.”
“Okay. Whatever you say, Kisa-kun” you said with a smile, not sounding very convinced. “But, just so you know, you’re one of my special people.”
Kisame stayed silent.
“Oh, and I’m coming over to your house with you. I wanna meet your parents. And I don’t feel like going home to eat my mom’s cooking.”
Kisame’s right eye twitched. “You can’t just invite yourself over to my house.”
“Why not?” you questioned, tilting your head to the side. “It’s not like it’s the first time I’ve done it before.”
Well, Kisame couldn’t really argue with you there.
“Besides, I wanna meet my future in-laws” you said with a wink.
“…How many times must I say it? You’re not my future wife!”
But Kisame’s words fell upon deaf ears as you raced off to his house, giggling madly. Kisame let out a sigh then slowly trudged after you.
He wasn’t sure who he should be worried about: you or his parents.
