Working in a supposedly "dead end" career as a surgeon and doctor in a mental institution, and hospital, facility can wear a girl out, especially when it comes to the people you have to work with on a day-to-day basis; everyone from schizophrenic megalomaniacs to patients who suffer from cannibalistic tendencies are situated in the ward you govern, all with definite mental and health issues. But with your ever so "cheerful and optimistic" friends and assitants by your side, things can't go wrong... can they? There comes a night when a boy is brought into the hospital, a victim of an unfortunate motorcycle accident, and so you might want to rethink your position before you approach this certain patient with a syringe in your hand, doc.
