It's the Deidara x You drabble. I like Deidara; he's fun. And those hands of his are kinky. Lol.
I just barely stayed under the 1000 word limit for this one. Deidara's easier for me to write. And I don't worry about keeping him in character as much as Itachi because Itachi has suffered much more OOC abuse. xD Lol.

“Take my hand.”
You stared queerly at the offending hand that was now right in front of your face. The mouth on the palm of his hand grinned eerily before opening and allowing a pink tongue to flop out and lick lips dry and chapped from working with clay. You brought your gaze back up to the boy’s face, his visible green-blue eye shining in mirth and his golden locks billowing in the wind. What unnerved you the most about him was that his mouth was set in a grin identical to the one on his hand.
“Take my hand, yeah” Deidara repeated, this time a little more firmly than before.
“I’d rather not” you replied, taking another quick glance at his hand just in time to see it wiggle its tongue at you in a suggestive manner. “I don’t know where that thing has been.”
“Now, now… Don’t be like that” Deidara whined, sticking his tongue out playfully while his hand’s tongue blew you a raspberry. You slowly wiped away the stray beads of spittle that had landed on your face, wiping the wetness away on the leg of your pants before turning back to glare at the blonde. “He’s very sensitive, yeah” Deidara finished as he used his head to gesture towards his hand.
You rolled your eyes.
Once again, you found Deidara’s hand too close for comfort, the lips on the palm set in a small frown. With a resigning sigh from you and much urging from Deidara, you took his hand, jumping only slightly when you felt teeth nibbling lightly on your fingers. For some reason beyond your comprehension you didn’t pull your hand away. Instead, you allowed him to lead you away to some unknown destination like a lamb to the slaughter.
“Where are you taking me?” you question, curious to know what the blond was plotting. Prior experiences told you that it was nothing good.
“It’s a surprise” he replied with a wink, his grip on your hand tightening so you couldn’t escape. This made you even more curious, not to mention worried. Most of Deidara’s surprises involved something blowing up in your face, literally. Last time Deidara had wanted to surprise you he hid clay spiders inside your birthday cake and made it explode just before you had a chance to blow out the candles.
It took hours to get all that burnt icing out of your hair.
Still, Deidara’s ever-tightening grip on your hand prevented you from fleeing so you had no choice but to follow along and pray that you wouldn’t get scarred too badly.
“Now close your eyes, yeah” Deidara told you as he turned back to face you. You gave him a skeptical look, causing him to frown lightly. “Just do it.”
Reluctantly, you closed your eyes and allowed Deidara to guide you. Your body stayed tensed and alert, half-expecting the blonde to walk you right off a cliff. You suddenly felt your body lurch upwards and the chill of the wind running wildly through your hair.
You slowly opened your eyes and brushed the hair out of your face that obscured your vision only to be met with the sight of a blue sky and fluffy clouds. It took you a moment to realize what was going on.
You were high in the air, flying, on top of one of Deidara’s giant clay birds.
A shame you were afraid of heights.
“Holy crap! Deidara, get me down!” you squealed as you latched onto the blonde, your arms securing themselves around his waist. If there was any chance of you falling off the bird and to your death then you were going to take him down with you.
He laughed, the expression on his face a cross between a smirk and a grin. “Just calm down and enjoy the ride” he said as he patted your head in what was supposed to be a comforting manner. You didn’t find it very comforting, however, when you felt teeth scrape your scalp and pull out a fairly large chunk of your hair. “Heh… Sorry, yeah. It has a mind of its own.”
You found it hard to stay angry at Deidara when you were too busy being terrified. You scrunched your eyes shut and pressed your face into Deidara’s waist, trying to block out the feel of the wind blowing in your hair.
Deidara sighed, faintly rolling his eyes at the whimpering sounds coming from your form. “Don’t worry, we’re almost there” he muttered, his hands once again patting your head though this time the mouth on his hand didn’t interfere.
You ignored his words and just concentrated on the warm body you were clinging to and the clay bird beneath your feet. Maybe, if you tried hard enough, you could fool yourself into thinking you were back on solid ground. Probably not, but it was worth a shot.
“We’re here, yeah.” Your arms were pried away from Deidara’s body and you opened your eyes to see that you were no longer flying in the air but on top of a cliff. You were still wary of the height but you were too happy to have your feet on rock and soil to fuss about it.
That, and the sight of the setting sun, from where you were standing, was too beautiful for you to care about anything else.
It was beautiful and breath-taking and every other adjective used to describe the sunset in every other clichéd romance story. You enjoyed it anyway.
And, as cliché as it was, you and Deidara found yourselves leaning towards each other, eye closed and lips puckered. You made contact and enjoyed the sensation of chapped lips against your smooth ones until a slimy tongue tasting of clay slipped into your mouth. You immediately pulled away.
“Sorry, yeah. I told you it has a mind of its own” he explained, gesturing towards the mouth on his hand that had just frenched you.
“DEIDARA!”
