Authoress’ Note: So we've finally got us the next chapter..! XD *dance* So, have fun. ^_^
You know, one would think that after leaving someone behind time and time again it’d get much easier to do so; but it really doesn’t. Every time I walk away, I always have to force myself to ignore the pleading eyes staring hard at my back; and I can almost hear the protests that he carefully holds back.
For us reality is dark…
Axel is gone… the real Axel who isn’t the figment of some fan’s imagination… he’s been swallowed up by the darkness…
And Roxas, the real Roxas, has gone back to being part of Sora; he’s no longer able to really exist… just as it was supposed to be…
Still, through our fans we’re given another chance to be together: this may very well be the only ‘next life’ that Axel spoke of, and we’re not about to waste this. So with the realization that this could be our only chance we made a vow; I promised to never leave Axel again, and Axel assured me he’d do anything he could to keep us together. Yet…
We’ve both broken that promise. I need my space, of course, and Axel isn’t selfish enough to deny me that; and he’s got his own goals as well. Whatever love he thinks he feels for Albel can’t be sorted out with me there. We know we’ll be back together by the end of it all, but leaving him is still so—
“Hey Roxas…” I’m instantly startled out of my thoughts; but not in time to avoid the arms that coil around my waist, and the chin that rests comfortably on my shoulder. In the embrace of the group’s flirt I can’t help but seriously regret leaving Axel behind, as if I needed to feel worse.
I growl bitterly and try to pull free of his grip, “Get off me, Tiko!” but his arms cling to me as if to him I’m some sort of lifeline; I stumble back from his weight but instead of crashing to the floor I become pinned between him and the wall. My struggles continue but only prove to be futile.
A low chuckle floats past my ear, bringing unpleasant warmth that fades as quickly as it came. Thankfully that was the last of the torment and Tiko pulls away, he takes a second to brush back his sandy blonde hair before speaking, “My dear.” I cringe at the name, but he never seems to notice that sort of thing, “You certainly sound upset today…” He drifts off so I move to head off down the hall, “Would you care to talk about it?”
Unlike Axel, Tiko doesn’t get the ‘leave me alone’ hint, and his heavy steps follow after me, “I see… it looks like you’re pretty hurt…” I grunt unpleasantly at his observation and quickly mask the limp I’ve acquired, “Would you like me to carry you?”
His continual, undaunted flirting gets on my nerves quickly and I can’t help but snap, “No! Piss off, won’t you?” He remains silent for a moment, and I can be relieved for now; but I know that his silence can only last for so long. I don’t let my guard down for a second around him.
“Oh I see.” He breaks the silence just as predicted; his voice is stressed in a teasing way, “Axel just wasn’t enough to satisfy you, was he?” I stop right there. My hands clench into fists and a low growl is let out over his chuckling, “You know, Roxas, I’ll always be in the mood to give you what you want. If you’re a good boy I might even let you top—“
He gasps sharply, and his words die along with his footsteps; I can only be happy that I don’t have to summon my Keyblades to shut him up. With that seemingly over I continue down the hall; I’m hardly curious as to the reason he’s stopped, but when I’m about to round the corner he suddenly lets out a low, pitiful wail.
I can’t help but freeze my steps and I cast a skeptical glance over at him, “Please not now..!” He sobs brokenly and his knees crash to the ground, his long fingers move to tangle into his short wavy tresses; he leans back to face the ceiling, and even from way down the hallway I can see the sparkle of tears spilling down his face, “Why does she have to do this now..?”
… her…
She loves this sort of thing and I know now that I can’t leave him alone like this; she’s always the source of random chaos in our little group. If something aside from sex happens it’s usually her doing; hell, usually the sex is her doing too. There have been countless time where she has made Axel utterly miserable with her love of angst; sometimes her thoughts make Albel scream at night (admittedly, that does happen without her help, though), and sometimes I even here some muted whimpering from Fayt.
The torment is simple, but devastating; for Axel it’s always constant reminders of how I left him, how I forgot him, and how he died having never achieved his goal to see me again. I hate it… and I hate her for doing that to him; but by the time I can get Axel to stop clinging so desperately to me I no longer have the rage to make her feel the pain she’s caused Axel. I can only hold him in my arms and drift off into an uncomfortable sleep.
So, even if he’s not Axel, if I can find a way to put a stop to Tiko’s pain then I have to.
I step over to him and he finally takes his eyes off of the ceiling; his breath continues to come out in ragged gasps, but eventually I can extract a name from the noise, “N-Nami…” He fixes his sorrowful emerald sights on me and I flinch involuntarily… the look in his eyes right now is just like Axel’s; their colors are so similar that I can’t help but feel I’m looking into my friend’s eyes.
As soon as I’m within grabbing range he lashes out and wraps my legs up in his grip, “Please don’t leave me..! Please!” and again I feel as if I’ve been struck. He never actually says the words; but I just know that Axel is silently begging me, just like that, whenever I leave him behind, “I won’t lose anyone else..!” The determination in his voice is one of finality, and it surprises me so much that I can hardly think to react when he scoops me up into his arms; all I can do is let out a cry of surprise.
He almost cradles me as he walks back down the hallway, and the only thing that seems to be keeping me from the normal struggling that would ensue is his irregular serious attitude. I just don’t have the heart to potentially make things worse… (Shut up, Axel’s rubbing off on me…)
“Roxas…” I can’t help but shudder as his warm nose presses against my neck, “I’ll never let anything happen to you... I promise.” His voice suddenly drops to a low whisper that is only heard because of the close proximity of his mouth to my ear, “I lost her… but I won’t lose you.”
Tiko stumbles into the kitchen and his eyes dart wildly about the room until they land on Axel; he’s got his back to us and it looks as if he’s trying to make something on the stove. He doesn’t pay us any mind as he obviously doesn’t believe I’d return so soon.
Tiko sets me on the floor so suddenly that I barely have time to steady myself before he drags me across the kitchen so he can grab a hold of Axel, “Hey!” Axel lets out a startled cry as he’s wrapped up in a tight embrace with a snuggly, and slightly disturbed blonde, “Wh-What’s going on?” he asks with uncertainty; and I can tell he’s about ready to shove the flirt away.
I place a hand on top of his and he stops to look at me, “Don’t, Axel, it’s her fault…” his gaze continues its fix on me so I elaborate, “He’s having a breakdown… like you do.” Just like that the uncertainty is gone and replaced with sympathy; Axel beings to gently rub Tiko’s back and the snuggling is allowed to continue.
“I won’t lose you…” Tiko mumbles continually the same sort of things in a row, but he seems almost content now with his head rested against Axel’s chest and his fingers tightly wound about my wrist. Axel carefully begins to free me from the almost bruising grip Tiko has me in; but he moves on his own and Tiko fists his hand into Axel’s shirt and lets out a sigh.
“I’m sorry…” He finally seems to be almost normal again, but for now his flirting has vanished and he pulls away from Axel, “When she does this… it’s like the day that I lost my love all over again...” he lowers his head to rub at his eyes, “My fiancé… usually Saiyo is there to comfort me… but not this time. He’s—“
I watch Tiko’s body go ridged; and before I can say anything he takes off down the hall calling desperately for his brother. I turn to follow, but Axel grasps tightly to my arm, “He doesn’t need you, Roxas; he needs the one he cares most for.”
This time as Axel begs me, nearly out loud this time, I’m looking right at him. His eyes are this watery sort of green and I’m sure he’d cry if he could; the situation that Tiko is currently going through is pretty closely related to Axel’s, and I know that he’ll be clingy the rest of today.
I crack a small smile his way and move to hug him which he accepts with his own tight embrace, “I’ll stay.” I mumble against his chest, “Today I’m not going anywhere without you.”
The rest of the day passes by without event as Lisa seems to have finally fallen into a fitful sleep. The hours following are spent together: Roxas and Axel sit in the kitchen and talk, Saiyo comforts his brother who remembers his lost love, and Albel sits in a comfortable silence with Fayt in the living room.
But how long can the peace last..?
Afraid? You probably should be by now; you’ve just spent the last 13, or so, pages reading nothing but the meaningless crap that goes on inside my head. Do you have a life? Probably not… but let me assure you that your life is far more of a life than the one I have. No worries, I like it like this. You know, if I had something to do all the time I wouldn’t be able to randomly space out and think about hot boys doing naughty things anytime I wanted.
I could probably continue to go on about my life or your pitiful life, but then neither of us would be having fun, now would we..? So, on with the daily doings inside my head..!
Currently, in reality; I’m just sitting upstairs, in a squeaky old chair, hardly paying attention to some comedy show, with my nose almost literally pressed against the screen of my laptop as I think of something to write. It’s a lot harder than it needs to be and it’s easy to simply drift off and to ‘la la land’ where hot boys will do what I want them to whether they like it or not.
I casually ignore their collective groans as I pop into the kitchen where dinner has already been served (I’m hungry I just got up, ok? You’ll get your smut soon enough.) and I wave hello with a big, and a slightly tired smile playing on my face. Of course, there is one who doesn’t groan in aggravation of what is surely to come; Tiko takes the time to wave back with a grin and a wink.
“Good morning, love, how was your sleep?” I giggle in reply, and I just know there’s a slight blush covering my face now; but before a reply can be made Albel cuts in with a rude remark, nothing new at all.
“It’s evening, fool.” He growls, somehow managing to keep from lashing out with sword and claw, “Now stop your failed attempts at courtship and eat your food before I rip your tongue right out of your maggot infested mouth.” Tiko only smirks and does as he’s told; but others, mostly Saiyo, feel rather sick after hearing that.
Albel always gets in a much more foul mood when I’m around because I can tease and mock him all I like without fear of being run through and dieing; (technically no one else needs to worry either, but they back off from him all the same) it’s an activity I truly enjoy. Oh, and so you know, (without being a total jerk and picking at his nightmares) usually teasing his carefully hidden love of Roxas is what ticks him off the most.
“Now Albel,” I begin, with a hint of mischief in my voice as I always take when talking with any one of them, “I’m sure a certain cutie wouldn’t like you talking like that, you probably make him sick to his stomach.” Of course, for any of the boys who pay attention, my insinuations have narrowed down the people who Albel loves to a mere two: Saiyo and Roxas.
Saiyo, having made the most fuss over Albel’s words, was automatically assumed to be the one Albel favored most. This was just what I wanted as it gave me more time to further torment him, though, it seems I’ve probably given things away to Roxas himself… he’s a sharp one… and I know he’s secretly plotting ways to destroy me…
Do you think that maybe I’m just insane enough that a figment of my imagination could overthrow my consciousness and take over my body..? Well… probably not… but it’s a thought that Roxas seriously seems to be considering… I wonder what his problem is..?
Anyhow, back to the situation at hand; Albel’s now got his claw to my throat and a dangerous look in his eyes. Honestly I’d have pissed my pants if I didn’t know he can’t really hurt me, “Why don’t you just die already, maggot!?” He hisses while pressing the fine point of his claw against my neck.
An annoyed sigh briefly draws Albel’s attention from me, “Why do you even bother, Albel..? There’s no way you can kill her like that.” It’s Roxas who says those words, and to Albel it might just be a kick to his pride.
“Hmph.” Albel replies and he pulls back his claw only to shove me away; he sits back in his chair with an angry huff.
Well, if that isn’t the biggest hint, I don’t know what is! Who would have thought that Albel would actually allow himself to be whipped? Not that he doesn’t listen to Fayt too… sometimes I’m sure Albel just wants to be overpowered and forced to be someone’s love slave.
I giggle evilly and cry, “Roxas has Albel whipped!” and I run around the other side of the table to hide behind Axel; of course Albel follows, his claw raised for attack… and just as he’s about to move by Roxas to get to me, I shove Axel. With a rather girlish scream Axel collides with Roxas and then the two of them go on to topple over Albel. The three of them fall to the ground and, for an added bonus, Albel’s sarong has flipped up, and Roxas’ face is buried underneath it… you know the kind of image that brings up to mind...
Axel, meanwhile, has Roxas pinned in that position and his hips seem to have lined up perfectly with Roxas’ little bottom.
Threesome goodness..? Yes, yes.
Who’d have thought Albel could blush so dark..? Of course, he masks his embarrassment with rage…
“Get the hell off me!” he screams and Roxas’ head is pushed away to knock into Axel’s chin. He quickly scrambles away while the remaining two groan in pain.
His scarlet, raging gaze is set on me and he growls lowly and once more he grasps the sword he’s always threatening me with; he’s about to say something but I interrupt him.
“Come on, Albel, you know you liked it.” With my teasing Albel’s face darkens again, “Why don’t you just admit it and I’ll have you and Roxas fuck next time!”
Strangely a sort of calm falls over him, he releases his grip on his sword and stands up straight, “I won’t admit to something that isn’t true.” To prove it he kicks Roxas’ hands out from under him and he falls back to the floor, “Pft, maggot.” Albel scoffs at the boy at his feet, and then turns to exit the room.
“Roxy, you ok..?” Axel reaches out to help his friend up, but Roxas shoves him away.
“Yeah, I’m fine.” Roxas pushes Axel’s hands away and stands up on his own; he takes a look at the table before turning to the door as well, “I’m out of here.” And Roxas is gone just as quickly as Albel.
Suddenly eating isn’t important anymore, and keeping Lisa’s attention away is. She smiles and skips past Axel, who’s just returning to his seat, and takes her own seat. Axel, Fayt, and I fidget in our seats and avoid her gaze. Tiko, on the other hand, draws the attention to himself. It’s times like this I’m thankful my brother is such a flirt; though I really wish he’d learn when to, and when not to, flirt.
“So, what are you doing after dinner, Fayt?” Fayt bites his lip, the dread of being singled out apparent on his face. He’s unfortunate enough to be seated right next to Tiko, so he can only continue to fidget and cast his gaze worriedly about the room as brother leans in; a lusty smirk is on Tiko’s face and I just know that Fayt is trying his hardest to think of a way to escape any further torment.
“Oh… just…” Fayt pauses as he hurriedly places together a plausible excuse, “…I’m going to spar with Albel.” He finally comes up with something, and his green sights are directed confidently at Tiko, “It’ll help him to calm down; and I really do need the practice.”
Fayt continues talking; maybe it’s to keep Tiko from opening his mouth and flirting or maybe he’s just trying to keep a conversation going so that Lisa will be distracted from her ultimate sex-filled goal, “It’s very hard to keep my sword skills up when there’s nothing around to fight here. Sparring is all I’ve got.”
Unfortunately whatever Fayt may have been trying to do fails miserably, “You know, Fayt, I’m sure you’ve got other skills that need more work…” Tiko reaches out, with that dark, yearning smirk of his and his fingers touch Fayt’s neck.
A huge blush forms on Fayt’s face and he flinches away from the touch; but Tiko persists, his fingers slowly traveling up to tangle in short, blue tresses, “I’m always willing to spar with you Fayt.”
Lisa bursts into a fit of giggles and it’s easy to tell that any actions Fayt may want to perform are being drowned out by whatever Lisa’s imagination is doing to him. Tiko nudges Fayt into action and they inch together.
I just can’t watch...
I’ve covered my face with my fingers, and I just know there’s a huge blush across my face; but beyond the outside feeling of embarrassment is a strong surge of pain…
My brother… my own brother… is kissing Fayt!
I don’t know what hurts more the fact that Fayt is kissing someone else and seems to be thoroughly enjoying it… or the fact that Tiko’s the one kissing him…
He knows me… so… he has to know of my crush, right..?
I let out a pitiful little whimper, but it goes unnoticed by the pair making out, and the girl intently watching them; Axel, however, hears me loud and clear, “Hey buddy.” He whispers while shaking my arm, “Let’s get out of here, ok..?” I don’t take my face from my hands but Axel helps me to my feet all the same. He leads me out into the hall and away from the sound of Fayt’s muffled moans.
I just can’t stand to see a kid cry, you know? So when little Saiyo started crying I had to get him away from whatever it was that was making him cry; now if only I actually knew anything about cheering someone up…
Saiyo’s a cute kid; he’s always making these faces that just make a guy want to coo ‘aww’ and pinch his cheeks. So, I can see why Roxas has a little thing for him. It makes me happy too because if he and Roxy ever get together I’ll get more chances to tease him and then he’ll make an expression that says, “I’m embarrassed and you make me feel violated!” Heh, and Roxas won’t mind too much because Saiyo will just make the “I’m violated!” (or molestable, if you prefer) face at him in an attempt to get me in trouble. I know Roxy will pretend to be mad, but he’ll thank me for it later.
Ah… but I’m off topic here… Saiyo’s crying right now… and I don’t have a damn clue about what I should do.
So I do the only thing I really can: start up a conversation, “Well, you know, I’m not very good at cheering people up.” He only whimpers in response so I continue on, “But I bet Roxy would love to give it a try.”
“Y-You sure?” He finally stammers, “R-Roxas always seems so… so grumpy.”
I laugh and flick my wrist a little as I talk, “Heh, that’s just a front that blondie likes to put on; he’s a real fun guy to be around once you get to know him.” I chuckle a little and lower my voice, “Just don’t go around giving him nicknames like dumb old me. He hates them.”
“Ok…” he seems to have calmed down a little, so I try a little joke… mixed in with a hint about Roxas’ feelings.
“Heh, but you know; I bet if you were his lover he’d go crazy if you called him your sex toy.”
The cutie nearly stops in his tracks and one of those adorable blush-y faces is there; he quickly tries to hide behind his hands again, but I grab his arm, “Now, now; no hiding. I was only teasing you, kid.”
“I don’t like to be teased.” He whines a little bit, and I can’t help but hug him.
“You’re really cute, you know that?” Heh, I’ve made him blush again.
“Um… I think I’m going to go to my room… If I don’t get some sleep now Lisa will keep me up all night writing stories about me…” He tries to push me away but I keep my arm around him and begin to walk down the hall again.
“Heh, but you haven’t had Roxy cheer you up yet! How can you sleep if you’re sad?” He tries to say that he isn’t sad, but I just interrupt him, “You know, Roxas has some pretty interesting stories he could tell you. I bet they’d be good for bedtime; they’d put you right to sleep, not that they’re boring or anything…”
Saiyo keeps trying to talk over me, but instead I continue to natter on about pointless things.
Roxy’s really going to thank me for this, you know? Heh, part of me even wants to strip the kid naked and tie a big red bow around his neck; then I’d go up to Roxy and say ‘Happy Birthday’ even though nobody’s don’t really have birthdays… but you get my point.
“It’s Roxas’ birthday..?” Uh-oh… apparently I’ve been saying my thoughts out loud again… I wonder how much he heard... looks like it’s not too much, considering the lack of that adorable little blush of his.
“Nah, Roxy doesn’t have a birthday… I was just wondering what I’d get him if he did.” Well, I pulled that excuse out of my ass, but Saiyo seems to buy it. He’s so trusting all the time; I wonder if he’d believe me if I said the sky was falling…
So, anyway, we finally find Roxas moping in our room and I can hear Saiyo mumbling about what a bad idea this is… because Roxas does look grumpy after all. Like I said, normal occurrence, and putting up a front, and all that stuff that Roxy decides to do to complicate matters. I usher Saiyo in anyhow while he makes meek protests and tries to escape my grasp. It’s a good thing I’m much bigger than he is; he’s really squirmy and hard to hold on to.
Roxas’ first reaction is to look up from his embarrassed sulking to glare at me; but when he notices the present I brought him his faces softens ever so slightly, “Saiyo…” He mumbles his crushes name almost dumbly; but Roxas never was one to let stupor overtake him. He stands up from the bed and walks over, “Did you come for something..?”
I don’t let the kid get a word in, he’d say something like ‘I didn’t really want to, Axel made me’ and then Roxas would get all depressed…
“Crazy did something stupid and it made him upset, so I figured you could help me cheer him up.” I nudge Saiyo towards the bed and sit him down with my hands on his shoulders, “So what should we do..?”
“Well… what happened..?” Saiyo’s eyes get all sad again when he takes the time to remember what happened and he hangs his head to hide any tears he may cry.
“Well… Tiko started hitting on Fayt… it’s nothing new, and I know it shouldn’t bother me so much..! I just… I really like Fayt, so… when Tiko kissed him it hurt.”
Crap..! That’s why he was crying..? Great, Axel, great. Now Roxas’ll probably have to say something to help Saiyo feel better about his chances with Fayt… That’s just what Roxy’s needs…
Hmm… but on the other hand: it’s better that Roxas learns of his competition now rather than when it’s too late.
Contrary to my thoughts, Roxas doesn’t say anything near what I thought he’d say. He simply sits down in the bed next to Saiyo and wraps his arms around the kid, “Hey, it’s ok. Even if Fayt doesn’t like you, there are lots of other people who do.”
Heh, big hint there! But you should know a thing about Saiyo, if you haven’t already figured it out for yourself; he doesn’t pick up on big hints like that one.
Still, he makes Roxas’ day by cuddling up to him and sighing softly, “Thanks a lot, Roxas, that really means a lot to me.”
Well, isn’t that just the cutest thing? I’d take pictures if I could, if Naminé here I’d demand that she get out her crayons and draw! But she’s not, so I’ve got to settle for burning the image into memory as quickly as I can… I’ve got to get out before Roxy starts giving me the evil eye…
Warnings: OOC, no one actually gets naked... but they find ways to have fun, language (likely, I can’t remember specifically), yaoi, and incest. Did I forget something..? Likely… so, uh... be prepared..!
Authoress’ Note: So we've finally got us the next chapter..! XD *dance* So, have fun. ^_^

~Third Person~
The rest of the day passes by without event as Lisa seems to have finally fallen into a fitful sleep. The hours following are spent together: Roxas and Axel sit in the kitchen and talk, Saiyo comforts his brother who remembers his lost love, and Albel sits in a comfortable silence with Fayt in the living room.
But how long can the peace last..?
~Lisa’s Point of View~
~Saiyo’s Point of View~
~Axel’s Point of View~
